Ex-Loyola Alumni Network (ELAN) came into being in 1997 and took over the responsibilities of
running an Alumni organization from the previous organization – Ex-Loyola Students Association
(ELSA). ELAN was envisaged as a blanket organization for the networking of all past and present
students and it does great work in this capacity at present, and will continue to do so for the
Officially, ELAN has the following specific aims and ideals:
- To serve as a worldwide networking forum for past and current students, Principal, teachers
and staff of Loyola High School.
- To provide a forum whereby Loyola High School can benefit from the talent, skills,
experience and resources of Ex-students around the world.
- To provide a forum through which ex-students can continue to benefit from the availability
of appropriate school facilities in a structured manner, approved by the school Principal.
ELAN has always aimed to be extremely transparent and accountable with respect to its financials
and accounts, and in keeping with that noble aim these are now available for members on this
website as well.
